Hill House became her school preference after she was required to switch schools. In the following years, she attended Queen's Gate School, where she studied dance and performed in shows. After dropping out at 16, Taylor-Joy pursued a full-time acting profession. At a very young age, Taylor-Joy was aware of her desire to become an actress and her dream came true when she received a modeling contract by Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
