Allison Pregler reviews Z-grade films typically horror films and martial arts. Her style is similar with The Cinema Snob in that she loves dumb action films. The reviews began in late 2009; following her rise to fame (under her old name, Obscurus-Lupa) Allison Pregler subsequently became part of the family at Channel Awesome. In early 2015, she joined the website while Obscurus Lupa Presents evolved to Movie Nights. She hosts two podcasts which are about the Charmed series. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme.
