Canadian screen actor, best recognized for her performance as Bo Dennis in Lost Girl as Bo Dennis. CBSs Blood & Treasure was her first role in 2019. Her other credits include 2006s Earthstorm and 2005's The Perfect Neighbor. Silk is born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada the daughter of Peter Silk an academic and his wife Ilkay who is an actress, director and producer playwright educator and director of drama of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna's first experiences were being a watcher of her mother's work, as well as attending rehearsals for plays. Silk had the privilege of being a young actress in a number of commercials. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Arts at St. Thomas University in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas produced two early plays, Seven Menus & The Kitchen. In 2009 she married Seth Cooperman. Samuel Cooperman, and Levi Levi Cooperman are parents to two sons. She played the role of Bo Dennis in Lost Girl, the Canadian series. Her performance as Bo together with Lauren as love-making, same-sex couples in Lost Girl was named one of its all-time Favorite TV Couples by CNN and declared the top Television Couple of 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Silk gained a significant internet following as a direct result of its influence on social platforms.
