I found music a very non-feminine place to be in and embracing this kind of femininity was an exciting challenge for me. Being able to be feminine, strong and soft, and still look after myself and not be a burden to others, was difficult for me. It was a lot of fun to wear heels, a dress and have soft fabric and curls all day long. There was pressure because I'm a younger actor than everyone else on the set of Fantastic Beasts. When I was auditioning for the role, I felt of this massive pressure in front of me. It was either I'd crumble beneath the weight of it and fall since I was so desperate to do it. It was also possible to get up and allow it to propel me ahead. It is a pleasure to spend time in museums, caf s, parks, or even taking a walk and observing the other people around me is something I love. In LA there is a possibility of being alone, but in London you can take the Tube and you are at the center of the crowd and just about every kind of person which you can think of is moving on. I am a fan of watching the people around me. In the music industry, you are constantly around males. The feeling is that you have to be within intimate relationships with people all day long. It's a wild, surreal dream. I've read through all of the books in the series. It was wonderful to be able to read the book while touring. The cities are constantly shifting which can make it difficult to focus. To be able to disappear into such an intense, vivid universe in the comfort of your bed is truly amazing.
